Unable to open TN files in GL orgs

translationCore Create - v1.8 build 197-7a6b5de.

• Open TCC
• Select org as translate_test, language as en, resource as tN.
• You be seeing TSV9 format files.
• Select any Book/File, eg. en_tn-1-Gen.tsv
• See that the screen turns grey and shows endless spinner. Console shows error.

Is it because of On-Open validator changes for TSV7 @mandolyte ?

Not seeing the problem in translationCore Create - v1.8 build 201-8185543. GL tN files are working fine when uW master Tn is in TSV7.
