Make current row obvious

Just as the text field has a border when editing the entire row that's being edited should have a bounding box to make it very obvious where the user is working. This should also happen for new rows.

While the user is working in any particular row (including new rows) the row should be bordered

Looks good in translationCore Create - v1.10 build 218-8325097. The current row is bordered with Blue when user clicks on the row. Works as expected.

translationCore Create - v1.10 build 218-8325097. When an user clicks on a row it turns blue. It’s obvious where they are working. I agree that it works.
