Filter to include every existing or newly added verse #1525

Filter to include every possible verse detecting the highest number of verse. If a verse is missing, the filter list should get updated after a note for that verse is added.

When a new note is added, the filter list will update and show the newly added verse.

This works as expected in translationCore Create - v1.10 build 228-f43ba9b @birchamp
