Highlighting by Occurrence number is not working for 2nd and 3rd occurrences for multiple verses and with ampersand separated #1535

Highlighting by Occurrence number is not working for 2nd and 3rd occurrences. when the quotes are separated by ampersand and the occurrence number is greater than zero the highlighting will behave as if the occurrence number was -1(this is happening for multiple verses)
