Suggestion: Select file to Translate> Can we display only those which needs to be translated #16

On the file selection page, Can we have only those files which are required by the editors to translate? I am not sure whether the files other than "Bible" needs translation.

This makes sense. I'm wondering if we could discuss with users if there is value in seeing non-translatable files, but have them disabled in that view.
