Changing from preview and back to editing loses the blue frame around the record #1607

Given that the user is editing a TSV resource like Translation Notes When the user clicks the preview button Then the current row should remain highlighted with a blue frame

DoD:

Clicking the preview button and switching back to editing retains the highlighted frame throughout the process.

Looks good to me. When user clicks preview button a blue background flashes in the area where there was an edit. Switching back to editing, the area retained the blue highlighted frame. Tested with translationCore Create - v1.15 build 268-58d9896.
