Template to use when promoting a UC roadmap feature:
- Is there clear value to clients/users (the grandma test)?
- Have real-world users been consulted in designing the feature?
- Can it be measured?
- Can be shipped in 2-4 weeks?
- Has a mockup been created?
- Did we pivot?
- Is it coupled to a project?
- Is it bloggable/slackable/tweetable?
- Compound value, will it be used elsewhere?
- Has a partner or client be consulted, interviewed?
