Does not play .mp4

Hello! Great lib and thank you for your work. I have some problems with my videos specially for some media players crash test. These videos don't open, or rather an error occurs. Take a look for testBug.zip

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start one of these videos with media player from your example

Expected Results

I have met this bug with FFMpeg (while playing some mpeg videos from memory stream) and LibVlcSharp also has this bug. It seems to be error while seeking mp4 videos.

Please test videos from .zip and give me your feedback. Thank you.

With ffplay.exe these videos play correctly
