Use same fuse as for 2.5V rail.

Done. 3.3V rail from FMC renamed to "FMC_3P3V" before a 3A fuse connected to P3V3.

Looks OK on schematic. Looks OK on layout. Physical export works, which indicates that fuse library component OK.
