Range question answer with value 0 considered unanswered #80

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a question of type continuous range with 0 as lower bound, make a participant see it.
  2. As participant, move the slider all to the left.
  3. Form says: "There are unanswered questions, please go back and edit."
