Include a descriptive text that thoroughly describes the process by which the team organizes work following Agile Development.
Description:
While the logbook and weekly meeting records serve to maintain an organized workflow, it is beneficial to also include a dedicated section within the documentation that explicitly describes how the team maintains order among all the workload such that readers may also know how the wheels were kept turning, so to speak. There will be an explanation of the general structure of work division and time management throughout milestones and the planning behind their respective sprints, as well as specific sprint reviews to showcase progress and issues encountered along the way.

Review past milestones, sprints, and roadblocks throughout the semester.
Review INVEST mnemonic for backlog description and for future use with refining user stories in the documentation.
