Multiple versions of Light scripts in E5 timepoint1 #12

There are multiple versions of light analysis scripts in timepoint 1 scripts folder: Light.R, Light.Rmd, Light.Rmd.R.

Light.Rmd appears to be the correct version. Is this true? If so, other versions can be removed.

Note that file paths in Light.Rmd have been corrected to direct to correct data folder (1_environmental).

This also applies to pH files: pH.R and pH.Rmd.

The intention was to move all code from original .R scripts into newer .Rmd files, so the .R files can probably be deleted...

also the environmental data was the last to be examined, so the scripts may not be complete or could use some revision I am sure. @AHuffmyer please feel free to edit the Rmd as you wish.
