Site 1 responses not found in TP2 in photosynthesis_parameters.Rmd #17

Output plots only show sites 2 and 3 in TP2 photosynthesis parameters. Is it possible that PI data was not collected for site 1 during TP 2 for PI curves? Need to investigate whether site 1 colonies are not included in raw data or if they are being lost from script.

This was fixed by re running the bayesian rmd to generate the pi curve pars file that loads in the parameters rmd. Its possible that a script was running and stopped halfway through and that resulted in only a subset of samples in dataframe.
