PI curve files from TP 1 deleted #20

Closed AHuffmyer closed 3 years ago

PI curve files for POR and a few from other species were deleted with commit cbfdf28. This is the same problem that we had previously and Ross re-uploaded the files with commit 443b4c3. What is the best way to restore deleted files and/or revert this commit?

Yes seems like they were accidentally deleted again with ca78c6390b965ba6dd91d4a2c3d9fa3eabbebcca! I can add back in again, but @daniellembecker can you try to figure out why these files are being deleted by your commits? I'm not really sure why this would happen...

Thank you Ross! I pulled and they were deleted from my computer so I do not have a hard copy that is easy to access. I don't see any other deletions, it is localized to TP1 PI curves.

Added back with 652fac424012d03eda26a713a8f9dc1b0610ece2

Hi Ross,

Thank you and sorry about that.

I was looking into that because it was someone tagged on to me committing the molecular backup file for timepoint 4 so I had pulled before committing anything and then noticed that when Ariana chatted with me today. I just pulled again and it seems they transferred fine to my local computer.

Thank you Ross and Danielle! The files are back home now. Danielle, let me know if you need help tracking down the issue!

Thank you, that fixed it :)
