QC light and temp data from Oct 19-Jan 20. QC salinity & pH data.

QC'd and assembled full time series of environmental data on 11/15/2021 (notebook post here. We have several outstanding points to address before final analysis/figures:

  1. Do we have data from pH/temp loggers for time point 4? Not currently in Git repo.
  2. Do we have Hobo logger data for site 1 from time point 1? Currently not in repo.
  3. Decide if site 2 pH data during time point 3 is valid.
