During QC for biomass data for TP4 I found several values that were missing. I fixed most of these missing values either by identifying 1) typos in the colony ID - often POR labeled as POC incorrectly or visa versa; or 2) data was in the notebook but not entered in the data sheet, these are now entered. There are still some issues with more missing values as follows:
ACR-396: Biomass raw data is present, but we do not have surface area data for this colony. I could not find it in the notebook.
POC-240: This appears to be a typo since we do not have a colony with this label in any other data. But colony POR-240 is accounted for. So I am not sure where this colony label is from.
POC-378: Biomass raw data is present, but we do not have surface area data for this colony. I could not find it in the notebook.
POC-76: This could be a typo for POR-76. Need to investigate this.
POR-242: Data not present in biomass raw data, it appears that biomass was not measured on this colony, could not find data in notebook. We do have surface area data for this colony.
POR-365: Biomass raw data is present, but we do not have surface area data for this colony. I could not find it in the notebook.
Does anyone have insights on the issues with these missing colonies? Since we use biomass as a normalizer I would like to track down these issues.
