Discussion: Best biomass normalizers? #43

We have biomass data for host and symbiont and could add those together to give a holobiont biomass metric. What are the "best" normalizers for us to use for each metric? Currently, metrics are normalized to host biomass. It would be worthwhile to discuss whether certain metrics (e.g., chlorophyll) are better normalized to host, symbiont or holobiont biomass.
