Some polish on the UI for users. I added a help page, which I hope is a very simple explanation of how the whole thing works, and should hopefully make the next steps more obvious.

I also required email confirmation of the user's account. So user-signup now follows the following flow:

On home page, click "login/register"
On login page, click "register"
On register page, submit your email / password
In your email, click the "confirm account" link, to get taken to the help page

I'm open to all sorts of copyediting. The help page also needs a section explaining that only OGS is available at the moment. I'm envisioning a separate help page for each server that has detailed instructions for that particular server.
