barebones player listing UI #8

@amj the plan is to have just a simple search UI that's publicly accessible, in the same way that http://agagd.usgo.org/ is public. I'll just start off with some stupid simple stuff, like filtering by AGA ID or by player's name on the server. Fancier stuff like sorting or paging can come later.

(Search form now works, and you can search by aga id or username or both.
