Once this is done, /ratings is obsolete and can be removed.

I'm a little tentative to say it's obsolete for sure, but I can take a closer look. It might be good to run this by the chapters list and see if people use ratings for things, and just to give the organizers and TDs who use it a heads up (and see if they use it fit other things).

If usgo/AGAGD Issue 31(https://github.com/usgo/agagd/issues/31) is resolved then it would be a very good thing. Then the information is not duplicated and its one less thing to worry about. We would need to change some of the information pages that are associated with the ratings page though.

Is this mainly for online ratings or should this happen to the AGAGD in general?

Added to AGAGD via PR with the information displayed on user info page. expiration date and type are listed below "member since:".
