Documentation description

Create a class diagram for the API endpoints of the Sensing plugin from our architecture.

Investigate best practices for creating API endpoints. I put some in information into https://gitlab.uni-ulm.de/se-anwendungsprojekt-22-23/documentation/-/issues/2#note_24392 but I think more investigation is necessary.
