What problem are you trying to solve?

All documents, created during the process, are saved somewhere and there is no central place to search for the documents.

Why should we solve it?

We should solve it to get a better overview of our documents and to make it more easy to keep track of different versions.

How do you propose to solve it?

My proposal is to create a section or better page in the wiki about our requirements engineering (RE), where we

• can link all important documents like the functional requirements document, the user story map, etc.
• describe the process of adding a new feature / user story
• describe further information (like weight of issues, decisions about adding / removing features)

What other approaches did you consider?

• create a section in the README.md of this repository and add links to the different documents

What could go wrong?

• probably nothing, but it could be unnecessary or not maintained regularly enough
