As requirements in the "Leitpfaden", we need to document all information about how to setup the development etc.
Therefor a document should be created (or a guide in wiki or README), which contains the following information:
[ ] requirements for development
[ ] how to get the project and all the stuff for development
[ ] how to set everything up
[ ] how to configure
[ ] how to run and what should be considered
This documentation should be written down like a step-by-step guide, so that a new developer can do every step and can contribute to the project like every other developer.
This guide must not be complete, because it will be updated with further development of the product.
