When agent assigned from prestashop admin panel end so here internal note agent assigned not showing properly

How to Reproduce:

Step 1: Login admin panel on prestashop helpdesk app

Step 2: Now assigned agent from admin panel, so agent assigned successfully with mail notified to agent email:

Step 3: Now check on the saas uvdesk same ticket and here internal note added not showing corretly:

Possible Solution:

If we have agent assigned from prestashop admin panel so here should be shown like this internal note:

I have verified again, this issue still exist with the Internal note added when agent assigned from prestashop HD.
