How to Reproduce:
Step 1: Open ticket and reply from prestashop deashboard from admin or customer dashboard:
Step 2: Now Check on the uvdesk saas admin or customer panel here status not change or update and also email not going to customer email:
Possible Solution:
If we reply from admin or customer end then should be email going to customer email and also status update accordingly: open to answered, answered to open like saas uvdesk HD
