When added a tag in a ticket then shows an error on Prestashop helpdesk admin panel

How to Reproduce:

Step 1: Login uvdesk panel and prestashop admin panel with open same tickets on both end

Step 2: Now go to uvdesk admin panel and add a tag in a ticket with search or type and then enter:

Step 3: After add a tag then go to the prestahop admin panel and customer panel, now refresh the page then shows an error:

On Prestahop Admin panel:

On Prestashop Customer panel:

Note: Checked these below cases

• If we have added a tag with added in only articles, then added in any tickets from uvdesk so here not showing an error on prestashop HD admin and customer panel. [Not Issue]

• If we have added a tag with added in only tickets, then added in tickets from uvdesk so here shows an error on prestashop HD admin and customer panel. [Issue]

• If we have added a tag with added in tickets and also added in any articles (on both options), then added in tickets this tags so here shows an error on prestahop HD admin and customer panel. [Issue]

Possible Solution:

If we have added a tag from uvdesk in any ticket then should be shown a ticket properly instead of shows an error.
