Create Vision Application Skeleton #38

Overview

The Vision application will be responsible for capturing image data, pre-processing that data, and producing a vector instruction that is based off of the vehicle state, and image classification results.

Instructions

Create Vision Application folder
Inside the Vision folder create 3 class files:
- Create Vision.py (Vision class)
- Create QRCodeBoxClassifier.py (class)
- Create DropOffZoneClassifier.py (class)
- Create LightSourceFinder.py (class)
- Capture.py (class)
