Documentation for each interface or links to external site like Postman or Swaggerhub

Currently the only API served is in the User Management component/microservice.

A RESTful API Doc can be found in /Assets/M2/UserManagementRESTAPIDocs.md

Presumably, the Maps and Notifications micro-services will need to provide interfaces to the UI at some future date.
