Summary

Account creation for admins will involve a first-time set-up process.

Super admin can add users as Admins where temporary credentials will be shared to Admin's email account
Admin can then change password to their preference
Admin uses email and password to login each time afterwards

User Story

As an Admin, I need to create an account to view the upcoming volunteer schedule and create new volunteer schedules

Solution (Core Elements)

User receives an email with temporary admin credentials (email and password) + link to website
User navigates to homepage and enters temporary credentials
User updates password (needs to be secure) and enters other information needed for account creation:

Full Name

User confirms account and is logged into the system

Considerations

Name field
- max # characters?
- only string (no numbers, symbols)
password requirements TBD
- At least 5 characters? 8?
- A mixture of both uppercase and lowercase letters.
- A mixture of letters and numbers.
- Inclusion of at least one special character, e.g., !
