Report location and format #27

I apologize if this is not a new question. I didn't find it in grading.md.

Does it matter what sort of files we create for the homework reports? I was imagining three distinct .txt files.

There are instructions located in report/README.md but I realize it could've been more clear. I will send an announcement.

The report should be written up as a PDF file and be titled report.pdf. The report should be placed in the directory report in the repo.
