smc payment due #45

when I enter the sage math cloud, the fee for this course is due now. But there is also a payment method to fill in. So what should we do now?

The plan was to have each of us pay the ~$9 to get some features from SMC that will improve our experience, given our needs of speed etc.

@jdjshx The deadline to pay the SMC fee has extended. Please pay the fee for a full-featured SMC project. Note that you will not be able to use git, at the very least, until you do so.

At the start of the course I asked that you pay the SMC fee as soon as possible. You had a two week window to do so. It concerns me that you are addressing this issue just now.
