Great news everyone!

Now we rework adapters interface and can send messages to another destinations (TODO write details)

process interface
context.handlers (handlerTo / handlerDirect)
context.send
request.from cast full destanation!
better user data init and getting
request.input now part request (prev in context)
poll/quiz/bets shutdown (need rework!)
echo module
ping tests
in request we keep request.userId, all other data in request.user
fancy error/status msgs with embed
updateExp now calc nextLvl! WE FIX CURSE!!!
