Make platform green again with flow 3.0.0.alpha15 #431

This PR failed the platform build. Some tests were broken, might be related to the dropping of bower support.

Investigate the reason, and see if Denis' commit broke the build.

After investigation, found that the problem is the frontend:// is removed(see this issue), thus components failed, so it's sth more for the components team to fix.

For now, we need to wait for the components fixes and hold on the starter releases. @vlukashov @platosha @ptdatkhtn @manolo
