Not too clear what we need to install to build the book. #2

Valerio, thanks for the book!

I was trying to build the book, but I had some problems, mainly because the readme was not specific about some things.

So the following readme part:

First you have to install the dependencies: prince, rdiscount, ultraviolet, tilt

could probably be written like this:

First you have to install prince from source and some gems required for the building process:

Prince: http://www.princexml.com/download/

[sudo] gem install tilt rdiscount [sudo] gem install ultraviolet # requires oniguruma

After installing all this everything went well.
