I have a problem on the t480, the display does not want to work during cold boot and exit from sleep. You have to constantly plug the display in HDMI after loading or sleeping. Is there a way to fix this? Need to change frames or add some GPU properties? I'm not a hackintosh expert, but I'm just here to help and make this one configuration is better.

I think this issue may have to do with profile MacbookPro15,2. That Macbook does not have a physical HDMI port so maybe macos is confused on how to handle sleep wake and boot with displays connected to an hdmi port.🤔 I bought a USB C to HDMI adapter and that worked perfectly since 15,2 only has usb c ports. I cant guarantee thats the issue but perhaps it might need looking into as the root cause.
