Login button gets stuck loading #199

Several users have experienced a situation where, after clicking Login, the login button hangs indefinitely and they are never able to access the app.

@jmoreira-valory I tested this locally on rc60 – my login button was hanging.

In my services directory, I had two services folders:

I prepended deleted_ to bafybei...1. I then retried logging in, and it worked. After starting the agent, I then saw two directories deleted_bafybei...1 and bafybei...1.
