Balance breakdown is incorrect #212

In this case, the agent has already claimed 0.15 OLAS through unstaking. There is an additional 0.05 OLAS that has been 'optimistically earned' i.e. the agent has completed its activity target, but that amount is not yet claimable. So that 0.05 should remain in "Unclaimed funds" until it has actually been claimed, at which point it can show up in "Unused funds".
