Balance too low alert issues

Several issues here:

• balance is "too low", but the agent is still working
• "to run your agent", but it says the agent is working
• $2 is too low – the app will immediately transfer this to the agent and you'll get the same response
• currently, the agent safe is well funded and doesn't actually need to be topped up

Severity: low. This will affect virtually all users at some point, and will potentially cause some to abandon the app because it makes the cost seem to high, and is confusing. However, it will happen infrequently.

My suggestion would be:

• make this a warning, not an error. red -> orange, warning icon not error icon
• change it from "Too low" to "Low" -> in alert, notification and trading balance section
• change "To run your agent" to "To have your agent continue working properly,"
• update it to add $3 as initially proposed

@Tanya-atatakai what do you think of this logic?

1. does the agent Safe have >= 0.5 XDAI?
2. if no, does the master Safe have more than 2 XDAI (which will auto-fund the agent Safe)?
3. if no, show balance is too low

Then I think we'd only need to change the language to "To keep your agent working" from "To run your agent".
