Windows taskbar icon bugs

Icon is barely visible on Windows dark mode Double clicking the taskbar icon does not reveal the application as expected

• it requires right-clicking, then clicking Show app

• [ ] Determine system theme (light or dark) and display appropriate taskbar icon
