Agent is not starting properly and it stops without having earned its reward #394

Some users have experienced the issue where the agent cannot run properly and it cannot start, or it starts and then stops working without earning their rewards.

issue with port connection to agent. ie aea does not start at all (crashes) or http connection to aea port blocked by antovirus
