the country Cameroon minLength and maxLength should be changed to 9 instead of 8

Hey, sorry for the (very) late answer, @francis94c, your PR has conflicts with master. I'll be glad that you update it, so I can merge it asap. @shelton15, concerning your comment, you should either open a PR if you can or an issue, and I'll have a look at it!
