Integrate marker panel logic for hand labeling #418

Hand labeling cell types is still fairly inconvenient and definitely has greater knowledge barrier compared to segmentation labeling. Being able to automatically display relevant channels when "focused" on a particular cell type would greatly improve the user experience.

The panel still has much to improve, and some tests should be put in place, but as a proof of concept this is done with #425
