Overlap outlines strange behavior #419

Have not been able to reproduce after trying again, but when doing a test for something else where I brushed a cell in overlap mode over the entirety of the canvas, after deleting that cell, the outline canvas stopped rendering all expected outlines correctly. Should see after implementing one of the ideas in #412 if this is still ever a problem.

Haven't seen this since and the outlines are rendered differently now, so closing this for now. Maybe it'll show up again later though.
