Changed channel selection method to add secondary channel to primary channel

Because yeast do not have nuclear channel, the naming convention of nuclear and whole cell channel is not valid. For better generalization, the two channel to be selected are named to primary and secondary channel. The default is one primary channel selection, but an user can add a secondary channel with the add button.
