The "Geospatial Awareness" icon has a readmore button that needs a page to link to explaining what geospatial stuff we do. This needs to be done by production time.

I'm tempted to adapt http://geoblacklight.org/tutorial/2015/02/09/geoblacklight-overview.html or even just link it from a vecnet.org page with a brief context.
