Bugfix hierarchy facets not rendering #95

Just a few config changes in catalog_controller. The html isn't quite right yet. The leaf nodes are not hidden/collapsed and the images are not showing.

Still working. ( this was too bookmark where I was amidst a ton of things yesterday )

@dbrower Many development cycles later it turns out that code is all fine. Just one logic error where we assumed the modal html exists to be acted upon...which it doesn't until the modal is clicked and formed... so ya. As you said, one typo that seems fine. Now I need to hook up the ajax events and should be good for testing.
