Add hierarchy facets with ajax calls for links #99

@dbrower This still to be cleaned up before I merge it but just bookmarking here for myself. Hierarchy facets seem to behave as expected. I'm going to start making the jslint suggested changes as well if you agree as I've been ignoring it.

@dbrower Ok works locally. Let's see how much breaks on qa? Assumed you would keep all the facets visible despite "Place" and "Location" somewhat overlapping?

@stevenvandervalk it is deployed, and seems to work!

Place is almost a complete duplicate of location, except it also contains the locations which were not geoname encoded. Perhaps it should be removed? Maybe we could add a branch to the hierarchy for the place names which weren't resolved to geonames. faceting on them would be useful to librarians cleaning up the data.
