Compatibility fixes to make build succeed on windows:

• define M_PI macro (not in math.h on windows)
• workaround for dynamic array allocation (g++ extension, not in c++ standard)

Tested on Windows 10 Qt Creator 4.3.1 Based on Qt 5.9.0 (MSVC 2015, 32 bit)
