Remove deprecated GetPublisherId function call #23

Since this library is used by quite a few folks still, we should follow the Roku doc guidance and change to GetChannelClientId, with a fallback of GetClientTrackingId for firmware <8.1

Won't fix since GA won't allow the measurement protocol any longer, rendering this library completely useless.
