Add a instructional modal when people enter a Growth Session the very first time #187

@FRFlor to clarify; you're thinking a modal once a user clicks "Join" for the first time?

Knowing what you wanted in the modal would be beneficial too.

Possibilities:

Sidenote; should we make a page on the growth-sessions app talking about how we mob?

Hi there @iaewing

I didn't provide a lot of details about this because this was being more like a personal reminder. But I think it's great that you want to handle that for us.

For this issue, we want a modal that points to a youtube video. We're going to eventually include an instructional video done by the Community Team into this modal, but for now any short video about Mob Programming would be great. Here's a good one for now https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pno_RBd4Uu0&ab_channel=EyeonTech

Having some text at above the video saying something like "Hey there! We see that this is probably your first time joining a Growth Session. You might be interested in checking out this instructional video on how to make the best of your upcoming mobbing session." (Doesn't need to be exactly this text.... feel free to change it).
